What began as a dream quickly became a mission: to create more than just a mobile coffee cart. Ground Zero Coffee exists to build genuine connections, create memorable experiences, and serve every guest with heart.

Our tactical-inspired brand reflects the importance of preparation, precision, and teamwork. Behind every drink is intentional craftsmanship, quality ingredients, and attention to every detail because we believe the best events aren’t remembered only for the coffee, they’re remembered for how they made people feel.

Because at the end of the day, coffee isn’t the mission.

Meet the Owner

Hi there! I’m Stephanie Weltha, founder and owner of Ground Zero Coffee.

Growing up in the Philippines, I learned the value of hard work, hospitality, and finding joy in gathering around food and drinks with family and friends. Those experiences continue to shape who I am today.

With a background in healthcare, competitive bodybuilding, and formal barista training, I am passionate about helping people perform at their best, building meaningful connections, and enjoying exceptional coffee experiences. Ground Zero Coffee is more than a business to me, it’s a reflection of who I am. I wanted to build something that reflects the same values I’ve carried throughout my life: service, excellence, and genuine human connection.
